Covell Care & Rehabilitation, LLC is a licensed, private, locally owned occupational therapy practice specializing in home safety, cognitive and physical evaluations for older adults. Following evaluations, individualized plans of care are developed and therapy treatments and training are then provided in the clients' homes to promote optimum safety, independence and success. Our mission is to keep individuals in their homes as long as they wish, maintain dignity and quality of life and maximize continued participation in their community.

Krista Covell is a Colorado native and lives in Fort Collins, Colorado. She attended CSU receiving degrees in occupational therapy and social work. Krista has been working with and advocating for older adults for 15 years. Her passion for her clients' dignitiy, independence and safety led her to managing rehabilitation departments in Colorado and Wyoming and then to launching her own practice to provide unique and much needed services to Northern Colorado clients. She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and received The Outstanding Community Outreach by an Individual Award from CSU.
